Mr. Berty Douglas is the Managing Director from the inception of Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging (Pvt) Ltd. Mr. Berty Douglas has over 35 years of experience in leadership roles and delivery management in the industry both locally and internationally leading multi-disciplinary teams of varied cultural environments, and has held several responsible positions in multinational companies.

Mr. Douglas holds an engineering degree specializing in chemicals from the University of Peradeniya Sri Lanka.

Mr. Prasanna De Silva (Director)

Mr. Prasanna De Silva has over 25 years of experience in the packaging industry and he is an experienced leader in the Engineering and Design aspect of Carlton Packaging.

Mr. Prasanna De Silva has been a Director of Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging since its inception. Mr. Prasanna De Silva holds an Engineering degree from the University of Moratuwa.

Mr. R. P Halwathura (Director)

Mr. Rohana Halwathura has served as a Director of Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging from its inception He has over 25 years of experience in the industry and his knowledge of new technologies enables him to present a greater value to customers.

Mr. Halwathura holds an Engineering degree from the University of Moratuwa.

Mr. L. M Angelo Desmond (Director/ General Manager)

Mr. Angelo serves as a Director, bringing together a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic business leadership. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University, Australia, and holds an MBA from the University of Colombo. With a solid academic foundation and practical professional experience, he contributes a results-driven and forward-thinking approach to leadership.
