Role Description

Position title : Recruitment Officer

This is a full-time, on-site position at Lenzing Lanka Group in Minuwangoda. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to planning, research, and communication.

Qualifications
  • Certificate level in HRM or related field.

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask & work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is preferred.

Position title : HR Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an HR Executive in the Gampaha District. The HR Executive will be responsible for planning, research, and communication. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting research, coordinating communication activities, driving initiatives, and supporting HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (Job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

  • Support HR activities such as employee engagement, training, and documentation.

  • Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management

  • Degree in Business Administration / Management

  • Professional HR qualifications such as:

    • IPM Sri Lanka (CHRM / DHRM)

    • CIPM / HRCI (international)

    • NVQ Level 5/6 in HR (where applicable)

  • Experience in recruitment, payroll support, or HR administration is an advantage

  • 2 years of experience for junior HR Executive roles

  • Internship or trainee HR experience is often accepted for entry-level roles
